Job Readiness & Supported Employment

For clients ready to enter or return to the workforce

Getting a job is one thing. Keeping it — and thriving in it — is another. We provide structured, evidence-based vocational preparation that goes far beyond resume writing.

What's included:

  • Workplace behavior and social skills coaching

  • Interview preparation (scripted and naturalistic practice)

  • Job task analysis and on-the-job behavior support

  • Employer relationship building and disclosure guidance

  • Real-world practicum experience through our community partnerships

  • Ongoing support during job placement

Who it's for: Transition-age youth (16+), adults with autism or IDD seeking competitive or supported employment, individuals re-entering the workforce after a gap.

Financial Wellness & Life Skills

For clients building independence one decision at a time

Financial literacy is one of the most under-addressed skills in the disability services world — and one of the most important for true independence. Our financial wellness track teaches practical, applied money management in the real world, not a workbook.

What's included:

  • Budgeting basics and applied money management

  • Banking, direct deposit, and understanding paychecks

  • Avoiding predatory financial products and scams

  • Consumer rights and benefits literacy (SSI, ABLE accounts, benefits cliffs)

  • Goal-setting for saving and spending

  • Community practice sessions (real stores, real banks, real decisions)

Who it's for: Adolescents and adults building financial independence, individuals transitioning off family financial support, anyone whose financial decisions are impacting their quality of life.

Special Interest Business Creation

For clients who want to build something of their own

Some of our most motivated clients don't want a job. They want to build something. This track takes a client's passion — their special interest, their skill, their idea — and guides them through the real process of turning it into a viable micro-business.

What's included:

  • Business concept assessment and feasibility

  • Brand and identity development support

  • Pricing, packaging, and basic business operations

  • Customer interaction and sales skills practice

  • Real-world launch support through our practicum program

  • Executive function coaching throughout the build process

Who it's for: Clients with entrepreneurial drive, strong special interests, and the motivation to build something independently. This track is high-expectation and high-reward.

Our flagship practicum partner is Sparkles & Stems, a mobile flower bar where clients gain hands-on experience in inventory management, customer service, event execution, and financial transactions — all in a real business setting. https://sparklesandstems.com
