Life, Vocational & TC Services

Are you or a loved one ready to take the next step toward independence and meaningful work?

Too often, traditional ABA and behavior consultation fall short when it comes to preparing for real-world success—leaving life and vocational skills out of the equation. That’s where we step in. Our hands-on, personalized support goes beyond the clinic, helping individuals build practical workplace skills, discover their true interests, and master everything from interviews to on-the-job social interactions. Dreaming of turning a passion into a business? We guide clients through launching ventures like Etsy shops, farmers market booths, or mobile services—transforming special interests into real opportunities and a profitable plan, like Etsy shop, farmers market vendor or mobile business.

We work with:

  • Transition-age youth (16–22) aging out of school-based services and preparing for adult life

  • Adults with autism or IDD who have foundational skills and are ready for the next level

  • Individuals with executive function challenges — ASD, ADHD, TBI, or acquired — who need structured support to reach vocational goals

  • Families and caregivers navigating the adult services system for the first time

We believe services like these should be accessible. We work with:

  • Virginia Medicaid DD Waivers (Community Living, Building Independence, Family and Individual Supports)

  • Private pay / out-of-pocket — sliding scale available for qualifying families

  • School district contracts — for transition-age students receiving services through an IEP.

We do not have an age cap. We do not limit service by diagnosis. We start with what you can do.

These services are offered in person in Oyster Point, Newport News, and throughout Newport News, Yorktown, Williamsburg, and Hampton, VA or Hybird in Northern Virginia.
